قال الشيخ عبد الرحمن بن ناصر السعدي رحمه الله: “وأعلى المكاسب: مكسب النبي ﷺ، كما قال: “وجعل رزقي تحت ظل رمحي“، أي: الغنيمة بالجهاد في سبيل الله، لأنه يحصل به خير الدنيا والآخرة
Shaykh AbdurRahmaan ibn Naasir As-Sa’di said, may Allah have mercy on him, “The highest form of earning is the earning of the Prophet ﷺ, as he said: “And my provision was placed under the shade of my spear,” meaning the spoils of war through jihad in the path of Allah, because it combines the benefits of this world and the Hereafter.
ثم بعده اختلفوا؛ فقيل: الزراعة، وقيل: التجارة، وقيل: الصناعة، من تجارة وحدادة، ونحوهما
After that, there is a difference of opinion: Some said agriculture is the best, others said trade, and some said craftsmanship, such as blacksmithing and similar professions.
والصحيح: أن الأفضل بعد مكسب النبي ﷺ ما كان أصلح لدين العبد ودنياه
The correct view: The best earning after the Prophet’s ﷺ earning is what is most suitable for the Religion and worldly life of the servant.
فينظر للعمل وما يترتب عليه، فالذي لا يُلهي عن العبادات، ويحصل به الرزق الحلال أفضل ما يكون
One should consider the nature of the work and its consequences. If it does not distract from worship and provides lawful sustenance, it is the best type of earning,
وما يقرب من الحرام، ويُلهي عن الطاعات، فهو أنزل ما يكون، ومثله ما يقربه من إخلاف الوعد، وأخذ الدين في الذمة، ونحوها
However, what brings one closer to the unlawful and distracts from acts of obedience is the lowest form of earning. Similarly, anything that leads to breaking promises or taking on debt in one’s liability is also undesirable.
ومع الاستواء، فالزراعة أفضل؛ لما يترتب عليها من الأجر والنفع الذي باختياره صاحبه، وبغير اختياره: من انتفاع الآدميين والبهائم والطيور ونحوها، وكل ما أكل منه صاحبه مأجور عليه.” اهـ. [شرح عمدة الأحكام للسعدي (ص ٤٨٣)]

الصناعة: نافعة إذا كانت تخدم المجتمع ولا تتضمن محرمات

التحذير من المكاسب المشبوهة أو المحرمة
المكاسب التي تقرب من الحرام أو تلهي عن الطاعات تعتبر من أسوأ المكاسب
